シェルクレール式ホワイトニングセミナー大阪第5期

今回、2日間のホワイトニングセミナーにサポートとして関わらせていただきました。

準備段階から当日の進行、受講生の皆さまの様子を一番近くで見させていただき、改めてこのセミナーの大切さを感じる2日間となりました。

座学では、皆さんが真剣にメモを取りながら耳を傾けている姿が印象的で、分からないことをそのままにせず、その場で確認しようとする前向きな姿勢に、こちらも背筋が伸びる思いでした。

サポートとして声掛けをする中で、「ここがやっと理解できました」「明日から実践してみます」といった言葉をいただけたことが、とても嬉しかったです。

実技では、緊張しながらも一つひとつの工程を丁寧に確認されており、技術を身につけようとする真剣さが伝わってきました。

サポートに入る立場として、少しでも不安を減らし、安心して取り組んでいただけるよう意識していましたが、皆さんが集中して取り組まれている様子を見て、この環境づくりの大切さを改めて実感しました。

2日間を通して感じたのは、技術や知識だけでなく、「人と人とのつながり」がこのセミナーの大きな価値だということです。

受講生同士が自然と声を掛け合い、情報を共有し合う姿を間近で見て、サポートとして関わらせていただけたことをとてもありがたく感じました。

無事にセミナーを終え、笑顔で帰られる皆さまをお見送りする中で、裏方ではありますが、この時間に携われたことを心から嬉しく思います。

これからも、受講生のみなさんに安心して楽しく学んでいただける環境づくりなど精一杯サポートさせていただきます。

I had the opportunity to participate as a support staff member in the two-day whitening seminar, and it was an incredibly meaningful experience.

From the preparation stage to the flow of the seminar on the day itself, I was able to observe the participants closely, which once again reminded me of the importance and value of this program.

During the lecture sessions, it was impressive to see everyone listening attentively and taking detailed notes.

The participants’ proactive attitude—asking questions immediately instead of leaving uncertainties unresolved—was truly inspiring and motivated me as well.

While offering support, I was especially happy to hear comments such as, “I finally understand this part,” and “I’m going to put this into practice starting tomorrow.”

In the practical sessions, although there was a sense of nervousness, each participant carefully confirmed every step of the procedure.

Their sincere desire to acquire proper techniques was clearly evident.

As a support staff member, I focused on minimizing anxiety and creating an environment where everyone could work with confidence.

Seeing the participants fully engaged reaffirmed how essential a safe and supportive learning environment truly is.

Throughout the two days, I strongly felt that the true value of this seminar lies not only in the techniques and knowledge provided, but also in the human connections that are formed.

It was wonderful to witness participants naturally communicating with one another and sharing information.

I am deeply grateful to have been involved as part of the support team in such a collaborative and positive atmosphere.

As the seminar concluded and we sent everyone off with smiles, I felt a deep sense of fulfillment knowing that I was able to contribute behind the scenes to such a meaningful experience.

Moving forward, I will continue to do my utmost to support the creation of an environment where participants can learn with confidence and enjoyment.
